I refer to the above client who contacted me one morning regarding putting some landlords insurance in place. At the time Mrs Oyston was going abroad to work at 6am the next day and she has a quote from SAGA and was going to proceed with them. She then found out that they would not cover her due to being out of the country working. Next port of call was to E Sure who held her residential buildings ins. After another phone call they were unable to help. At 3pm on the same day she again rang me to see if I could help. At the time I was out of the office but said on my return I would make a phone call to see if we could sort this out. I rang yourselves and spoke to Lisa who was very helpful but because of the clients circumstances didn’t think Uinsure could help. At this point she referred me to Bluedrop. I then rang the number provided and spoke to Kyle and explained the problem I had or rather my client had. All of a sudden this was not a problem as Kyle said they would be able to help This was approx 3.40pm by now and I asked if it would be possible for him to speak to my client which did not present a problem. I text my client to expect a phone call regarding her insurance. Kyle then asked if I could pop this through as a lead which I did. THIRTEEN minutes later and the client was on risk.
I then received a phone call from my client telling me how easy this was and was over the moon on what I had managed to do but also how easy Kyle had made the whole process.
